Di-soric’s inductive ring sensors stand out due to the compact and universally mountable housing with integrated electronics. The wide field of applications enables for example the use in assembly and supply machinery
in order to detect small metal parts in supply hoses. The detection of wire break or stow control is also possible due to the static function. Because of the very short response time, parts can be safely detected up to
a speed 35 m/s. The adjustable pulse stretching guarantees a secure process of the output signal.
Due to their structure the devices are insensitive to exterior influence. Above and below the ring, the mounting distance
to metal as indicated must be considered for each application (please see operating instructions “Inductive ring sensors“). The inductive operating principle ensures high protection against dirt. The connection is made
through a M12 metal standard connector.
