MKFVA

The MKFVA is a module-format cleanable filter unit certified and tested by the Laser Zentrum Hannover (LZH) for laser welding fume extraction. MKFVA

The MKFVA is a tall, upright module-format cleanable unit. Its 750 × 750 mm footprint provides a stable base for the 1,625 mm tall column. The filter is housed in an accessible service compartment, and the unit can be integrated into multi-point central extraction layouts using standard Fuchs ducting accessories.

Selection Notes

  • Preferred choice for laser welding cells where LZH test documentation is required.
  • Select MKFVA over TKFVA when higher air volume (up to 380 m³/h) or three-phase power is needed.
  • Specify voltage (120 V / 230 V / 400 V) based on site electrical supply.
  • For air volumes above 380 m³/h, step up to the MKFV/INRV or IFVA family.

Integration Notes

  • LZH certification applies to the unit as supplied — do not modify the filter configuration without consulting Fuchs.
