Geared Motors

Lenze's three-phase geared motor portfolio covers helical, helical-bevel, parallel-shaft, and worm gearbox configurations combined with their IE2–IE5 AC motor families. Motor frame sizes range from 56 to 180 to cover output power from 0.12 kW to 22 kW, with gear ratios available for a wide range of output speed requirements. IE5-rated permanent magnet synchronous motors in geared motor form provide the highest efficiency class for continuous-duty conveyor and process applications, reducing energy costs compared to conventional IE2/IE3 solutions.
