The PSU-1000 is a compact switching power supply for Pantron high power opto sensors, ISM-series devices, and compact opto sensors. It accepts 95 to 265 V AC input and delivers a constant 24 V DC output for loads up to 8.4 W, with short-circuit, overload, and overtemperature protection built in.
The PSU-1000 uses energy-saving switching power supply technology to provide more than 74% efficiency in a compact DIN-format housing. It is designed for installations where clean, stabilized 24 V DC power is needed for Pantron sensing hardware.
The unit provides galvanic separation from the operating voltage through use of a safety transformer and includes a green status LED to confirm correct DC supply operation. Multiple PSU-1000 units can be connected in parallel or in series when the application requires it.
Its DIN 43880 housing format supports straightforward integration into industrial control cabinets and panel assemblies.
