Temperature Control

SMC offers HEC thermo-chiller water circulation units for precision ±0.1 °C coolant temperature control, HED double-layer thermoelectric temperature controllers, HECR rack-mount chillers, and IDU dry-running coolers for heat rejection. These products are used in machine tool cooling, laser equipment, electronics manufacturing, and process industries. The HEC thermo-chiller series operates as a precision refrigerant-based recirculating cooler in 200 W to 3 kW cooling capacity, providing stable coolant supply at temperatures from 5 °C to 40 °C for machine spindles, laser optics, and power electronics.
