Banner Engineering offers the iVu series image sensors for presence/absence, count, and pattern match inspection, and the BCR series 1D/2D barcode readers for code reading and traceability applications. These compact, self-contained devices integrate directly with PLCs and machine controllers via digital outputs, serial, and Ethernet interfaces. The iVu Plus sensor uses EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP for PLC integration and includes built-in pattern matching, edge detection, bead inspection, and pixel count tools — all configured through a graphical web interface.
