Banner Engineering offers the DXM wireless controller series — an all-in-one cellular/Ethernet gateway with local logic and data logging — and the Sure Cross wireless sensor network products for battery-powered and wired sensor communication without infrastructure cabling. Vibration and condition monitoring sensors detect bearing wear, motor health, and process anomalies. The SureCross DX80 system provides point-to-multipoint wireless sensor data acquisition across ranges up to 3.2 km line-of-sight, operating on 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz ISM bands with mesh networking and time-synchronized readings.
