Hercules 2s

The Hercules 2s is a microwave motion detector developed for industrial door applications including sectional doors, roller gates, high-speed doors, sliding gates, and folding doors. It detects and differentiates between pedestrians and vehicles, supports direction recognition to prevent unnecessary opening, and offers two independently programmable relay outputs for maximum flexibility. One unit covers mounting heights from 2 to 7 m, and its IP65 aluminium housing performs reliably from –30°C to +60°C.

Installation Notes

One Hercules 2s covers the full 2–7 m mounting height range — select the mounting position that best matches the door width and traffic flow.
Use the bi-directional remote control to adjust sensitivity, detection zone, and output behaviour during commissioning.
The 10 m cable provides flexibility for routing to the door controller without the need for extension cabling in most installations.
Cross traffic masking should be enabled wherever traffic passes in front of the door without intent to enter.
