di-soric inductive ring sensors detect the smallest metallic parts conveyed in supply tubes. The product family covers four series: the IRSD with IO-Link for flexible integration; the IRB Standard for simple plug-and-play applications; the IS and ISDP tube sensors for flexible clamp-on assembly on pipes and tubes; and the IRDB / IRDBD wire-break sensors for detecting breaks in the finest wires. All devices are protected against overload, short-circuit, and polarity reversal. The IRSD series offers 16 variants in 8 sizes with bore diameters from 6 mm to 50 mm, all IO-Link capable and available with or without potentiometer.
| Series | Type | Sizes | IO-Link | Key Characteristic |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| IRSD Static/Dynamic | Ring sensor | 6–50 mm bore (8 sizes, 16 variants) | Yes | Full IO-Link with 4 configurable modes, autoteach, diagnostics, frequency switching |
| IRB Standard | Ring sensor | Ø 10.1–27 mm bore | No | No potentiometer; factory calibrated; plug-and-play; manipulation-proof |
| IS / ISDP | Tube sensor | Multiple tube diameters | No | Clamp-on assembly with cable ties; no tube disassembly needed; static & dynamic principle |
| IRDB / IRDBD | Wire-break sensor | Ø 4 mm and 6 mm bore | No | Very high resolution; ceramic insert for wear resistance; detects wire breakages in finest wires |
