MKFVAF

The MKFVAF is an oil and emulsion mist separator engineered for machining cells, turning centres, and grinding operations where coolant mist and oil vapor are the primary contaminants. It uses cleanable filter media configured for oil coalescence and mist separation, allowing captured liquid to drain rather than saturating a dry filter. Available in 230 V and 400 V electrical configurations, the MKFVAF is offered in two heights to match different installation requirements.

MKFVAF

The MKFVAF is a rectangular module unit (660 × 380 mm base) available in two heights: 490 mm for low-clearance or under-machine-guard installations, and 770 mm for standard floor-standing use. A drain port at the base allows collected oil or emulsion to be removed continuously or via a collection reservoir.

Selection Notes

  • Select MKFVAF specifically for oil mist and emulsion mist — it is not intended for dry particulate or welding fume.
  • Choose the 490 mm height variant for installations inside machine guard enclosures.
  • Choose the 770 mm variant for standard floor-standing installations.
  • Confirm a drain path is available from the unit's drain port before installation.
