The INRVABE3 (also referred to as a pollinator or air stream duster) is an integrated compressed-air blow-off and extraction system designed to clean dust and swarf from work pieces automatically while simultaneously capturing the displaced particles. Compressed air blows the part clean, and the extraction system captures the resulting dust cloud before it can spread into the workspace. The unit operates at 53 dBA, making it one of the quieter options in the Fuchs special devices range.
The INRVABE3 is a slender floor-standing column unit (500 × 370 mm base, 1,080 mm tall) with a compressed-air blow-off head and an integrated extraction and filtration system. The blow-off nozzle or manifold is positioned over the work piece, and the extraction intake surrounds the cleaning zone to capture particles at the source.
