ICL-2100

2-channel multiplex infrared amplifier with analog output and PC configuration interface. The ICL-2100 is a two-channel multiplex amplifier for harsh industrial sensing environments. It supports manual or automatic operation, selectable light / dark switching, PNP switching outputs, an alarm output for power-limit indication, analog output, sensor control, test input, and a COM interface for PC configuration

Device Layout and Wiring Notes

Connector X1 handles supply voltage, test input, primary / secondary, analog output, alarm output, and switching output.
Connector X2 is used for transmitter and receiver wiring.
Connector X3 provides a 24 V output and COM connection via RJ45.
Front status elements include a red / green status LED, green power LED, and two channel LEDs in yellow / red / green.
A front operator button and DIP switch bank are provided for setup and amplifier mode selection.
