The IMX-A840 is an 8-channel automatic multiplex amplifier for large multi-beam installations in harsh industrial environments. It combines automatic transmit power adjustment, selectable switching behaviour, switching delay, primary/secondary operation, sensor control, and alarm output on a high-density channel platform.
Pantron's IMX platform is designed for long-range infrared detection in demanding industrial environments where conventional photoelectric sensing can struggle with contamination, distance, or multi-channel coordination.
