The FSI-085V is a variable infrared fork light barrier designed for reliable detection of small parts, edges, labels, and positioning targets in compact industrial equipment. Its fork width can be adjusted from 5 mm to 85 mm, allowing one sensor to adapt to changing product formats. The sensor supports manual and automatic operating modes, includes teach functions for setup flexibility, and uses automatic power adjustment with dirt compensation to help maintain stable performance in harsh environments. Light or dark operation can be selected, and the switching output can be configured as PNP, NPN, or push-pull.
